These terms cover the use of this website. They do not cover any work Seimora Group performs — that is governed by the contract for that work, and nothing here modifies it.
What these terms do not state
They name no governing law, no jurisdiction for disputes and no limitation of liability, and they do not identify the contracting entity. Those belong in a contract rather than on a website, and stating them here before they are settled would be worse than leaving them out.
This site is information, not an offer
Nothing published here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work. A commercial relationship begins with a written contract and not before.
It is not engineering advice for your structure
The technical material on this site describes methods, standards and how work is organised. It is written generally. It is not a design, a check, or a professional opinion about any particular structure, and it must not be relied on as one. Anything that matters structurally needs an engineer who has seen your project.
Where a page names a code or standard, it names it as the document that governs a kind of work — not as a certification held by Seimora Group. Certifications such as EN 1090, ISO 3834 and AISC certification are held by fabricating shops against their own systems, and this site says so wherever it names them.
What is on the site belongs to Seimora Group
The text, drawings, diagrams and page designs published here are Seimora Group's, except where something is credited otherwise. Read them, quote a passage with attribution, link to any page — all fine. Republishing a page or a substantial part of one as your own, or using this material to train a model that reproduces it, is not.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another organisation's page, that link is a reference and not an endorsement, and what is on the other end of it is their responsibility.
Availability
This site is published as it is. It changes without notice, pages move, and it is not guaranteed to be available or error-free. If something here is wrong, saying so is welcome and it gets corrected.
